Priorities = Time management and Decision Making
Thinking about and listing your Priorities is a major step in life. Using the Eisenhower Matrix of Important vs Urget and combining that with Do First things First, allows you to Get Stuff Done.

An important step in your life and running a Marketplace Ministry is to Get you Priorities in order. That is the simple step of spending time to think about and then list your Areas of Importance so that you have considered what happens if priorities clash and which should take precedence.

Now take the next step of looking at your individual tasks using the Eisenhower Matrix. Popularized by Stephen Covey in 7 habits of Highly Effective People (Recommended Reading) , the matrix gets you to consider between Urgent vs Important. Covey emphasizes that the more time spent in Quadrant II - Planning and Thinking, the less time you will have in Quadrant I - reacting to Crisis.
This combines with the thinking of do First things First also by Covey.
A foundational habit with these thoughts is to have a mini review at night with three questions and record this in your Journal:
What was Good today?
What could be improved?
What three important Tasks must I do tomorrow?
